Tang's hollow always smells like something good. Today it smells like bananas — and a small amount of panic. Blueberri works out what is going on in about four seconds, which is the whole problem.
The Wiggle-Waggle Tunnel
Jackfroot knows every tunnel in Wan Hundred Woods. Every turn, every junction, every shortcut. He is very proud of this. He is somewhat less proud of what happens next.
Perfect Bridge
The little bridge is gone and Cheri knows exactly what the new one needs: one piece of bamboo, exactly this thick. Wan Hundred Woods does not grow bamboo that thick. Tang has never measured anything in his life.
Funfair Friendzy
Tang is building the most exciting game the Great Clearing has ever seen. It has a ramp, a loop, a bell and a splash. The one thing it does not have is a single berry that ever reaches the end.
Super-Duper Volcano
Taro has been building his volcano for eleven days. It is still not ready. Tang has a jar of fizzy powder and has finished waiting.
New Smell
There is a new smell in Wan Hundred Woods, and Kiwi is going to find it. He has a leaf, a vine and a feather. What he does not have is a nose that remembers.
The Grumpy Troll
Something under the Old Bridge does not want a picnic overhead. Jackfroot has offered it everything he can think of, twice, at speed. Blueberri is going to try sitting down.
Unplugged Adventure
The spinning lantern is broken, and Cheri is the only one who wrote down how it worked. She can rebuild every part of it. The part that made it wonderful was never on purpose.
Super-Silly Lemonade
Blueberri knows exactly what everybody likes in their drink. So she is putting all of it in one jug. This is going to be a problem.
Jackfroot's Berry Run
Jackfroot has tunnels to everywhere and berries for everyone. He just needs to get there before the berries do.
Cheri's Strange Whistle
There is a sound in Wan Hundred Woods that nobody can name. Cheri measures it, charts it, and narrows it down to one hollow reed at the bend of the stream. Then it stops. Every single time.
Tang's Patient Cup
Kiwi has mended the handle on Tang's cup. Now nobody is allowed to touch it for one hour. Tang is going to find out how long an hour is.
Tang's Wild Shortcut
The path to the Great Clearing goes all the way around the ridge, which Tang thinks is ridiculous, because straight lines are shorter. He is right about that. He is right about it all the way to the bottom.
Taro's Perfect Sunbeam
Taro has found the best patch of afternoon sun in all of Wan Hundred Woods. It is warm, it is soft, and it will not hold still. Jackfroot has the fastest legs in the forest. Taro has something better.
